Phillip Cephas, M.Ed.

Hi, I’m Phillip. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Augusta University, and I’m passionate about helping people untangle the thoughts and emotions that keep them feeling stuck. I’ve received training in TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and Play Therapy, which gives me a flexible toolkit to support clients of all ages in a way that fits who they are and what they’re going through.

In my work, I’m drawn to assisting clients cut through negative beliefs, quiet harmful self-talk, and better understand the often-complicated relationship between their emotions and behaviors. Most importantly, I’m interested in creating a personal and supportive relationship with you, so you can find ways to live more authentically.

Phillip is under the supervision of Anne Watts, MS, LPC, CPCS.
